1. Data controller

2. Data we process

We may process information provided in the form or in a message: contact and company details, route, schedule and cargo information, comments, and any attachments you choose to provide.

The server may also record basic technical data needed for security and reliable operation, such as request time, IP address, device category, referring page and campaign identifiers.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to respond to an enquiry, check transport availability, prepare a quotation and take steps before entering into a contract, under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

We may also process data to comply with legal obligations and for our legitimate interests in securing the form, preventing abuse, documenting correspondence, and establishing or defending claims, under Article 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR as applicable.

The acknowledgement beneath the form confirms that you have read this notice and request contact about the specific enquiry. It is not consent to marketing.

4. Recipients

Data may be accessed by authorised staff handling enquiries and by hosting, file-storage and IT service providers, solely to the extent necessary to provide those services.

Where required to quote or perform transport, relevant operational data may be shared with carriers, subcontractors or other partners involved in the service. Any transfer outside the European Economic Area takes place only under a mechanism permitted by the GDPR.

5. Retention

We retain data for the time needed to handle the enquiry. If cooperation follows, data may be kept for the period required to perform the contract, comply with legal duties and cover the applicable limitation periods for claims.

Data from enquiries that do not lead to cooperation is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected, unless further retention is necessary to defend claims or meet a legal obligation.

6. Your rights

Where the GDPR applies, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests.

You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office. Supervisory authority information is available at uodo.gov.pl.

7. Providing data

Providing data is voluntary, but required fields are necessary for us to assess the route and respond. Attachments and all other optional fields may be omitted.

8. Cookies and automated decisions

The current site does not use advertising cookies or third-party marketing trackers. The infrastructure provider may process essential technical logs used to secure and maintain the service.

We do not make decisions about enquiry senders based solely on automated processing and do not use profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
